The items shown here are in private collections. Each description include the allocated number that appear in John C. Baker, Sunderland Pottery, 1984. The original Baker notes are given in italics followed by a description of the item on which the transfers can appear. Descriptions of additional transfers not listed in Baker are coloured thus.

The viewer is located on the south bank of the River Wear to the east of the bridge on Pann's Bank.

Under the central inscription is the Sunderland motto "Nil Desperandum Auspice Deo".
Pink lustre jug 21cm tall. Other transfers are the verse "Swiftly see each moment fly" and commemoration of Nelson at the 1805 Battle of Trafalgar.
Pink lustre frog mug 15cm tall. The pink lustre has faded in most parts of the mug. The transfer appears to be over the glaze and has worn.

Creamware jug 21cm tall. The accompanying transfer on the jug is marked "DAWSON & Co. LOW FORD". The black transfer is uniformly quite pale.It may have been finely applied rather than lightened by fading.
